Where Digital Meets Physical
A perfect digital model is useless without flawless execution. Our manufacturing process combines industrial-grade CNC machining with state-of-the-art additive manufacturing to produce a vehicle that matches its digital twin down to the micrometer.
Chassis Machining
The main body is carved from a high-density polyurethane foam block using a 5-axis CNC router. This ensures the complex aerodynamic curves generated in CFD are perfectly replicated.
Additive Components
Front and rear wings are produced using Formlabs SLA resin printers. This allows for incredibly thin, strong trailing edges that would be impossible to mill conventionally.
Wheel Bearings
Custom-housed ceramic hybrid bearings are press-fit into the chassis. Bearings are degreased and lubricated with a proprietary ultra-low-viscosity synthetic oil.
